Background: working out for the past year(and a couple months) - experimenting, finding what works for me.....small aparment in an older building so I dont really have the ability to put in pull-up bars/rings etc. and I dont think my area has anything thats public - a couple jungle gyms (like, kid recess area) maybe but that's only good seasonally.
I do sometimes use weights/bands but I generally prefer things like pilates and body-weight work, its less fatiguing overall, and sometimes using weights gives me pins/needles.
So I want to focus on body weight but looking at programs like Hybrid Cali~ he only has a couple moves listed for each day so is that on top of a full workout?
Looking at the RR - seems to require equipment...and some moves, even Yuris Shoulder warmup looks advanced or for someone with more mobility....
Recently did a few Lucy Lismore videos on youtube and they felt effective so maybe I can just stick to videos?
Suggestions, ideas, answers... all appreciated
