Need help for handstands, starting to get sad :(
Post Body

Hi! I've been training HS for the past year (and on and off the year before that) and I've progressed quite a bit. However, the inconsistency of my holds is getting frustrating and I'm starting to experience burnout (as in i dont feel very excited nor optimistic anymore) during my sessions (currently training HS about 5-20mins everyday).

I'm currently thinking of switching my training to GTG style where I do holds whenever and wherever as opposed to a structured session each day), but I have no idea how well that will work.

I'd like some advice from the more experienced handstanders out there. I really don't know what to do.

This is one of my more recent attempts. It really sucks to be able to do 3 20 second attempts in a row one day and not be able to even balance the next.

Reddit, please help a noob out :(
