Hey. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place for this! I've found the methods and language used by the Primer really helpful. I recently impulse-bought a gym membership (alumni sale for my university gym), so I'm going to have access to a gym with weights and actual racks/machines now. (If it helps, I know the gym will have squat racks, resistance machines, and weights, at least, along with cardio machines.)
I haven't been into a gym since high school, 9 years ago, but I'm finding more and more that I need an environment outside my room to exercise, so I signed up. But I'm pretty afraid of going in without knowing what to do, or what the right form is and messing up. I don't want to just pick up a set of weights that feels right, I want to actually try and progress right from the beginning.
Is there a good manual or progression of exercises I can do similar to the Primer, but with the use of equipment?
Thanks in advance, hope this makes sense!
