I'm doing the primer at the moment, but I live in a tiny studio apartment. Basically the only surface I have with enough space to do incline push-ups is my dresser, which is about waist height. Does having a surface that high nullify benefits I'm getting from doing incline push-ups on it?
My only other alternative is putting a hard surface (ironing board or textbook) on my bed and using that, but obviously it's a mattress, so it's cushioned, and you can't push down without pushing down on the mattress, even with a textbook on top... that's worse, right? Even though the height is better, using my bed is not advisable?
Thanks and sorry for the stupid question!
