A few years ago I was interested in starting BWF and found and awesome routine in a post/picture here on reddit. A friend and I are both looking to get into BWF again and for the life of me I can't seem to find this routine anywhere.
It wasn't anything special I just really like the routine. I remember the picture being color coded by difficulty of the exercise and had modifications to exercises once you hit a certain number of reps. It also told you what modifications or exercises you'd need to be able to do to try some more difficult exercises.
If this looks like a jumbled mess I'm sorry I'm on mobile, I feel like that's one of the reasons I'm having such a difficult time finding the routine again. If anyone know what I'm talking about and can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it!
