Can the RR(Recommended Routine) be done whilst having anterior pelvic tilt(hyperlordosis)?
Post Body
I apologize if this question has been asked. I am doing exercises to fix APT(some I found on reddit such as Hip flexor stretching, Warrior lunge, Supine hip extension and chair squats), but I wouldn't mind taking it to the next level by also doing the RR for general body fitness(especially arms), however I am not sure if this is advisable.
I know that some exercises can exacerbate APT and I wouldn't want that since it's a huge bother to fix it properly in the first place, tons of exercises done over 4 months(21 years old right now) at physical therapy with not much(or barely anything) to show for it, but this may be because it's not an easy case of APT to fix.
Thank you beforehand for any information.
