What would be possible to do, if I want to train every day, while still trying to watch out, that my body is well rested?
Post Body

I‘ve been doing the RR for two years now, with a heavy focus on rings, I even wanna buy Body by Rings, but training 3x a Week is a bit too little for me right now.
I want to fill out my rest days.

Would it be possible to do yoga or skill training on rest days? What about sprint training?

Is it possible to mitigate the stress with inducing a lot more sleep (~10h) and having a well formulated diet?

I know, I have to listen to my body, but I also wanted to see if there is someone who just does anything everyday, or how they are managing it.

Thx.
