One of the most under trained things in fitness is your posture. It can have the biggest affect on how you look too.
Post Body

Having proper posture is such an essential thing for anyone who is really looking to improve their bodies health and aesthetics.

I've seen many people who are fit but don't have great posture end up looking worse than someone who does have good posture and doesn't exercise. It is such a key component to you well being that im surprised it isn't mentioned more here.

  1. A few things you can start to do to help your posture. Begin doing posture stretches daily. Chin tucks, wall angels, doorway stretches, and ladder climbs.

  2. Routinely check your posture during the day to ensure that you are sitting or standing straight. Do a posture check every time you perform a specific task you do regularly to help keep reminding yourself.

  3. Determine that type of posture that you currently have and figure out what muscles you need to strengthen in order to help fix your bad posture.

All in all you need to start training your posture now before it's too late. You'll look better and feel better almost immediately and your old age self will be greatful.
