What level am i?

Stats: 26 | 5'5 | 145lbs | Male
I have lifted weights for quite some time and done martial arts for about 15 years. I am able to do more than 10 pull ups, cant muscle up ( i can crawl my way up). Looking to supplement my workouts with some body weight training, but should I start at a beginner routine or something more advanced? I have issues focusing on particular sets of muscles when doing body weight exercises as opposed to weight resistance for some reason.
