I've been following the likes of Frank Medrano, BJ Gaddour, Steve Cooke, Marc Fit, etc on instagram for a while now and while their workouts are cool and bodies are inspirational, I get very little motivation out of them because they are so unrealistic for me.
I am a complete beginner (18 years old) with a skinny-fat body and I don't find motivation in these people because I can't see myself in them. I'm looking for some smaller-scale bodybuilders? Teenagers or young guys that aren't hardcore athletes, just are into working out with decent enough bodies that on the beach people would be impressed, but are kind of average in the gym. These people motivate me a lot more because they look awesome but in an achievable way. Any recs?
