Hi. Thank you all for creating such a great community. I've been a longtime bodyweight fan, but just formally started on the FAQ-specified intermediate bodyweight routine in the past few weeks. Since I can't yet do anything close to a proper floor L-sit, I made a pair of parallettes so I could progress towards them. I'm also looking forward to other parallette exercises, even after getting my floor L-sit.
Here is the imgur gallery of my build. Total cost was essentially zero, since I had all the scrap wood. Even if not, cost would be well under $15, I'd guess. Took me a day to design and make though, which was the true cost, but I enjoyed myself so there's that. Happy to answer any questions in the comments.
