I’ve been using the 8x3 app for a few weeks now and as much as tough as I’ve been finding it I love the routine / progressions trees, this Friday tho I’ll be traveling for a week and won’t have access to a gym so if anyone could help me substitute some exercises I could do without equipment, just for a couple sessions, it would be greatly appreciated.
As it stands I could do my whole routine bar 3 exercises, Negative pull ups, Negative dips, and Incline Rows.
I understand I might not be able to perfectly substitute these for a no equipment workout, but even if I could just get some exercises to kind of strain similar muscles so I don’t have to fall behind a week I’d be happy with that.
