I (19m), 6 ft, 180 pounds have a skinny fat body. I'm trying to gain lean muscle and flexibility so I decided to start off with the RR. However, my local gym doesn't have some of the equipment reccomended for the RR (eg for rows, anti rotation, etc. I'm currently in stage one for all the workouts).
Most of the equipment is running/fitness machines. I'm also confused about the ab exercises. Am I supposed to do planks and the ab wheel? Planks, ab wheel, and then the other exercise variations for abs? The core triplets organization page really sucks haha.
All help will be appreciated. Thank you.
