I just wanted to take a moment to say that calisthenics and this subreddit amazing. (Even with all the weight related threads).
Like when I started, I had nothing, zero, zilch, nada. No push ups, no dips, no holds, nothing.
I am here only 7 months later of just the recommended routine, decent sleep, and decent eating and I'm transformed. My form still needs tweaking all the time and I think I need to understand how to progress and regress in a way that makes sense but I am now able to do ring dips, pull ups, false grip, rings turned out, holds of all sorts, and still improving with only a small injury I've been making headway on.
Not to mention my body, I was an idiot and didn't take a before picture because I never intended to make this about the body transformation, just wanted a new hobby, however I have a strong back, visible-ish abs, and pecs! Now my wife even cups my new breasts lol
