Workout using nothing but a park bench
Post Body

So, basically I’ve got this park where I go for my usual running training, they don’t have any pull-up bars. I usually just use the benches there for incline pushups, some “dips” and do some squats. Around 100 of each for a workout. Now my issue is, I am doing tons of cardio and wanna build some more muscle while staying lean. Biggest goal would be some more defined abs physique-wise. What else is there that I can use the bench for? What other exercises should I add and with what intensity? I am fairly new to calisthenics and the likes and was also wondering if I should train body weight strength exercises on my running off days, or whether that 2 in 1 workout is optimal. Thanks for your input :)
