Bryan claims that blueprint products are the most tested and transparent on the market meanwhile….
His Nutty butter is not organic (fine..) but the test results don’t show anything for pesticides. It just says “tested” with no detail about the limits or results. Customer service has been working on getting me an answer for months.
Same with their “natural flavors” ingredient which I inquired about and was given a generic answer of “it’s an industry practice for flavor suppliers not to disclose the source of its flavors.” Its also not an organic natural flavor which means they can use chemical solvents.
It’s just so hypocritical that Bryan/blueprint is constantly raving about the transparency and extreme quality and testing meanwhile does the exact same shady things the companies he likes to roast do.
It depends on how it’s prepared. If you use a proper process, you can maintain the majority of nutrition. Heat and water can damage some of the nutrients. Some companies have found a way to formulate things around that.
Bryan didn’t do it to be the top option. Fresh will likely still be a little better for you. He designed this to make it more accessible and easier for people who don’t have time or money to make the meals themselves. It’s supposed to be an alternative to fast food.

This wasn’t designed to be the end all. He still has additional protocols on top of the stack. He still eats fresh as well.
The stack was designed for people who don’t have the time or resources to make their own meals, or want an easier alternative. He got a lot of feedback from people that they wanted him to make it easier for them to follow. They didn’t want to dig through all the data. (personally I’m a data nut so I love it) It’s also designed to be an alternative to fast food consumption.
