Do I get enough deep sleep? Is there a way to boost this? Currently taking 300mcg melatonin before bed and it increased deep sleep by 20%, but Iβm curious to see if I can improve further.

Personally I donβt trust my Apple Watch data. If I lay still, it thinks Iβm asleep. My whoop on the other hand tracks my breathing rate etc, and provides better data for me π
