Hi all,
I've been wanting to "properly" start adding Pranayama into the last 30 minutes of my daily practice for quite some time now but am not quite sure how to go about it. Of course one can read about the different types of Pranayama and learn how to do them, but what about incorporating them into some kind of structured routine for practice? I've done little bits of Pranayama, but I feel like I need some kind of structured practice.
I understand that the series itself includes Pranayama as part of the asana practice, but for now I'd like to separate the two, for lack of a better way of phrasing. How do any of you guys go about this? I know there are some seasoned Pranayama-i's out there 😉 Do you just spend 30 minutes doing nadi shoddhana, bhastrika, brahmari etc.?
Thanks for any and all advice 🙏
