Sorry to just throw this out there unsolicited, but there didn't seem to be any Weekly Practice post after Sept 29.
Anyway, silly me had a coffee yesterday afternoon and therefore got a measly (for me anyway) 5 hours "sleep" because I was determined to get up for any amount of practice. Since my practice has been exponentially regressing since my time in hospital, I decided to follow a led class on YouTube because they tend to give me an extra push when I need it.
For the first time I really let go of that desperation to get the posture in all of my "problem" postures, made it back up to Navasana as opposed to stopping at Dandasana, decided, "hey, let's try Bhujapidasana again," and then curiosity led me to follow the rest of the class whereas I'd usually just resign to "I'm not ready for that posture," or "I can't do those."
I'm still shocked at how much energy I had and how I just made it into postures I didn't even think about before. That's not to say I'm going to force full Primary every day now, but I just had so much fun I can't explain it.
It's like that moment when you let go and everything just comes together and happens.
Thank you for listening to that rambling ;)
