I passed my Louisiana P&C 204 exam today. Getting fingerprinted on Wednesday and then applying for my license. I used AdjusterPro to study material and prepare for the test. It served me well. I have about 4 years of construction experience. Any tips on getting started in the industry?

Has anyone dealt with any riffraff while settling CAT claims? Are there any tips on how to differentiate between actual catastrophic damage and damage maybe the insured decided to do in hopes to add to their settlement amount?
