Has anyone dealt with any riffraff while settling CAT claims? Are there any tips on how to differentiate between actual catastrophic damage and damage maybe the insured decided to do in hopes to add to their settlement amount?
Post Body

These are broad questions. Anything helps. I’ve decided to enroll in the AdjusterPro course to obtain my in-state license (Louisiana). I’m excited for a Lifestyle/career change. I have a bachelors degree from a state university in Industrial Technology and have two contractors licenses (commercial and Residential). I have been estimating and doing home improvement projects for about two years along with repairing roads and sidewalks for local parishes (Louisiana’s version of counties) Any tips will help!
