Almost 9 years ago I got out of the marriage when my son was born. He strangled me for the last time. I called the police and never looked back.

The physical abuse stopped but the rest of the abuse is ongoing. I finally posted a screenshot to my Facebook of him calling me a “stupid, fat, ugly disgusting waste of flesh” among other things. I also sent it to his girlfriend, my family members, his family members. I thought that if he knew I’d make it public then the abuse would stop.

Nope. Now he’s using the long dick of the law to abuse me. He’s basically saying to me that he can treat me like this, but now there’s legally nothing i can do about it. Which is true, a stalking injunction starts the moment he served it to me. I can’t take ten more years of this.

Now I have to pay for a lawyer, and I don’t feel like they’re taking me seriously about the abuse either.

He even posted on Facebook about how much it sucks to have a stalker. (You know what sucks? It sucks to be constantly tormented by your abuser)
