Updated specific locations to be searchable, take a look at Las Vegas as an example.

Getting past location triggers?
Post Body

Removed my last post semi related to this because someone pointed out it had a lot of specific info that my ex could use to ID me (I was grumpy and didn't care when I wrote it 😂). But I'm wondering if people have advice for getting over location triggers. I've dealt with trauma before, but rn the entire city I live in is a huge trigger (between memories and fears of running into them), to the point that I feel a noticeable difference when I'm not in it. I've decided to wait one more year before deciding whether that means I should move or not. In the meantime, has anything worked to help people in similar circumstances?
