i am over my ex but i still think about how he treated me and things he said

it’s been a year since i packed my things , i left and changed my phone number. He was physically and emotionally abusive and I find myself still reliving some of the experiences he put me through. I have nightmares still. I don’t miss him, i don’t care about him anymore but something’s just replay in my head does this mean i am not over him? thoughts? advice??
