Today is his birthday but last week he stole my money, made it back with his side business (gold and silver) and literally stole it right back. He won’t stop gambling. He won’t stop stealing my money. I don’t have money for a divorce obviously. I can’t even put gas in my car.

He isn’t on the deed or mortgage but apparently I can’t evict him because he’s protected by our marriage. How does someone stay knowing they aren’t wanted??? Knowing they are a thief?? He knows what he’s doing. We talked about it. But I think he just says what I want to hear. He has cut every tie to every one. I’m so stupid. I can’t believe I even married him. Things were actually going good but it took only a mere 6 months for him to fuck up and it’s been since then that he’s has proven almost every day that he isn’t trust worthy. I need to get a divorce before I lose everything AGAIN.
