This is an attempt to start a major centrist political party in The United States that would adhere to a meritocracy, rather than a democracy. Lotteries of 'Citizens In Good Standing' would replace political elections. Money would absolutely be taken out of politics as much as could reasonably be done. What remains, would be citizens negotiating issues with other citizens, always.
