Halo infite looked better on my xbox one x than my brand new series s? Hdr and 4k is enabled but my tv only supports 60hz? Any advice to fix or is it a optimization issue?

So I have the Xbox one I want to upgrade I cannot get my hands on a series xI know the series s is actually more powerful than any old gen but it still confuses me that it has way less teraflops does it have a newer hardware and especially with the SSDs for faster loading is it a better option?
