Assuming that he came to them with hard proof of his claims, I could see the Jedi’s cutting a deal although he would essentially be under house arrest until such claims were verified. Once they were, and the situation was dealt with I could see them honouring that deal but he would be kept under a very, very watchful eye afterwards and possibly under conditions that he is not permitted to use his force abilities at any time, ever. Also, depending on when he came forward - for example after he killed Qui-Gon and on the assumption he was recovered enough at that point to do so, I could see a split between Kenobi and the Jedi council regarding the matter. Ultimately the council would probably cut a deal given the sheer value of the information he had to share, but I could likely see that decision resulting in Kenobi cutting ties with the Jedi and Anakin likely following him in full support. From here, we are over see them both living relatively quiet independent lives trying to help out where they can and perhaps maintaining contact with a few of the Jedi‘s who may have also been opposed to the decision to offer the deal but remained. Anakin would certainly move to be with Padmé if this happened after the two of them got together and I could see them both taking on the occasional unofficial mission funneled to them through their supporters still in the Jedi council for situations where they disagree with other council decisions or don’t want to get involved.
