[HP / X-Men] What if Harry Potter was found by Professor Xavier?

What if after the incident with the snake in the zoo, Professor Xavier was there to witness the incident. Xavier manages to convince the Dursleys that his school is an insane asylum and they agree for Harry to be taken there and thus, Xavier succeeds in getting Harry Potter into his Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters.
Dumbledore later learns of this. What happens?

Depending on what point in which universe Wolverine is coming from he actually does die and comes back to life again afterwards in some cases. So it’s entirely possible that he could overcome the killing curse in the sense that it would still kill him completely but he would eventually return back to life again.
