Post Body
For some reason, none of Tony’s Iron-Man suits are able to generate enough power for consistent flight for more than a minute or two. But every other feature of the suits still exists. There’s no way for Tony to fix this problem.
How does a grounded Iron-Man affect the MCU?

I'd respectfully disagree. I could see Tony jump-jetting to the highest point and throwing everything into a "minute or two" of flight to achieve much the same outcome.
