Question about magnesium glycinate
Post Body
So I bought a bottle of Mg glycinate 400mg (per 2 tabs) and have been taking 2 tablets daily. However I looked just now at the supplement facts and it said that 2 tabs contain only 56mg of elemental magnesium. As far as I know, the RDA for me (Iām a 27 year old male) is 400mg elemental Mg.
So with this, is it logical and safe to take 15 tablets a day so that it can add up to ~400mg elemental magnesium? Anybody has the same experience?
Thanks!
