Are my probiotics (more) useless since they are not in the fridge?
Post Body

I know there is a lot of debate on whether probiotics do any good or not, but I feel like they do, even if it's a placebo. I just realized that I might be making them worthless, however. The specific probiotic I use is called Powerdophilus and it's manufactured by country time. It states on the bottle that they need to be refrigerated, but due to my living situation I store them in my room on the nightstand. I'm just wondering how bad this is for them. I emailed the company but they were pretty much more useless than the probiotics themselves. The ingredients are:

Proprietary Probiotic Blend : Maltodextrin , Complex Marine Polysaccharides ( Brown Seaweed Algae Extract ) , Lactobacillus Rhamnosus , Lactobacillus acidophilus , Bifidobacterium Lactis , Bifidobacterium Longum , Cellulose ( Capsule Shell ) , Cellulose , Magnesium Stearate , Silica .
