I get SO exhausted after lunch, I'm basically forced to take a nap. Is there a remedy?
Post Body

No matter what I eat at lunchtime: a sandwich, a salad, a bagel -- I have to snooze for a minimum of 30 minutes after, which greatly disrupts my day (the second half is always the busiest). Sometimes, I feel a little dizzy, too. And it doesn't seem to matter whether I eat light or not.

I could skip lunch every day, but I'd like not to, especially since I don't eat breakfast (never hungry in the mornings). Is there something I can take beforehand to quicken digestion (I already take probiotics, apple cider vinegar, and ginger with my lunch -- they don't help with this specific issue) or perhaps increase circulation so the blood isn't pooling entirely in my stomach? That's my theory for what's happening, anyhow.

Perhaps you have non-supplement related advice. I'll take anything. It's maddening.
