I know ACV is touted as a you're all for stomach issues, but can it have the opposite effect? Namely gastritis.
Post Body

I have stopped taking it pretty recently, but for about 2 years straight I was taking apple cider vinegar tablets daily in the morning because I had heard they can help with all sorts of digestive issues. Around the same time I was taking them, I would experience these weird stomach issues during the day, almost as if there was a spinning going on inside my gut. It wasn't super uncomfortable or anything, and wasn't painful at all but just more annoying. I mentioned to my gastroenterologist about the ACV tablets when I was getting checked out for the stomach issues but he didn't seem concerned and said it was unrelated. Now that I think back, I wonder if the tablets were causing the stomach upset and I also wonder if what I had was gastritis although there was never any burning or pain. The reason I am thinking gastritis, is because I was very often nauseous out of nowhere. I realize the answer should be obvious since the issue has gone now that I stopped the acv, but I feel like I stopped taking the apple cider vinegar long before the upset stomach issue went away so I am just curious if you guys have any experience I have heard of apple cider vinegar making the stomach worse, aside from the added acid which I know can cause a burning sensation.
