According to my Google account people with anxiety find relief when taking vitamin B complex and it is recommended on a lot of websites for managing anxiety.
A few years ago, before I stopped drinking, I would get horrible nausea the they following even a few drinks, it was what caused me to stop drinking altogether. I tried pretty much every supplement I could find, and nothing really seemed to help with the nausea. On 3 or 4 different occasions, I took vitamin B complex before drinking, and each and every time I woke up in the morning with a full-blown panic attack, worried that I was going to be nauseous.
Could the panic attacks have been due to the vitamin B? I know that hangover anxiety is a real thing and can be brutal, which I also experience, but it was very elevated after taking the B vitamin. It is entirely possible that it was just a coincidence, so I'm wondering if you guys have heard of anything like this happening before. I have not had a drink in over 2 years, but I do miss having a beer every now and then, so I I'm thinking about having a beer or two, but will probably skip the B complex and see what happens.
