Gelatin is the same as collagen, but which type?
Post Body

Hello,

I've read some articles that say that, in very basic and concluded terms, gelatin provides many of the same benefits as collagen because they are nearly the same and have nearly identical nutritional benefits.
But Ive read also that there are different types of collagen. I am interested in collagen 2 to help me reduce symptoms of knee pain. Does gelatin have collagen 2? or only collagen 1? or a bit of all collagens??

super confused about this one
