Been out of the game for awhile and my memory is shit so wanted to check in with everyone here and catch up and hopefully learn some things.
Buying ingredients for my (non-stim) pre-workout and my focus is:
Vascularity
Endurance
Strength
I'm all about well-supported studies and examine.com is my jam so right now I'm looking at the following ingredients but would be very appreciative of any additional input:
Creatine
L-Citrulline / Malate
Beta-Alanine
Alpha-GPC
Agamatine (this appears antiquated)
