Hello,
I am a 36M looking for improving health using available supplements (mostly) endorsed by science. I do exercise (3 - 4x a week) and drink alcohol (weekends only).
I do blood work 2x a year. Everything is in order except for my LDL (164, last results on Jan/25). Most of that I believe to be due to a poor diet, though my father has had high triglycerides for most of this life. My diet is well balanced from Mon - Fri. But I throw everything out of the window by having no diet restrictions over the weekends (I know, it is stupid).
I have always been interested on supplementation and for the last year I have become very interested in to the longevity topic.
I try to educate myself with only credible sources, either by directly reading studies or by watching YouTube channels that provides the info source.
Same way, I also try to use the best supplements (prioritizing brands that claim to third-party test their products). I am fortunate enough and within a reasonable range, price is not a constraint, so if you also have brand suggestions, I appreciate it.

I carefully plan to not to take any scientific based/recommend dosages. As you may have noticed, I prefer to underdose some supplements (specially those awaiting for further human studies).
What do you guys think? Your suggestion is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!!
