My diet includes a decent bit of dairy and I’m hitting 2200 calcium daily, the upper limit being 2500. My diet naturally gets 1100 vitamin D but I’ve heard athletes need more. I usually take vitamin D3 4000 with k2, I definitely need the k2. But I’ve heard excess vitamin d can convert to calcium and be less optimal as my calcium is already quite high. Anyone know if this could be a problem or should I take the supplement?
Okayyy so I can take vitamin D supplement and not worry about my higher calcium levels? Thanks for reply man :)

Says 2500 mg is safe limit, I’m below that so should be okay no? Was only concerned if vitamin D was causing more calcium.
