Every time I take Tongkat Ali the next morning I have unbelievably painful headaches. Like bedridden canβt open my eyes pain. I have tried it about 4 times and I always make sure I am very well hydrated and have plenty of electrolytes in my system. When I use it, it works, and I feel the increase in energy and libido. But the headaches the next day are so extreme I cannot take it again without a new approach. Any advice? My current supplement stack is Zinc, Magnesium, Creatine, BCAA, Cordyceps, Lions Mane, Yohimbine, Glucosamine Chondroitin, and Vitamin D3. Any suggestions for my stack are appreciated as well. Goals are trying to increase energy/stamina/libido, keep bones and joints strong, and gain healthy weight.
