Recently, I overheard 2 coworkers taking about what supplements they are taking. One of them said he started taking collagen, he didn’t specifically say how long or if he’s noticed a difference. I always attributed collagen to women (wife and mother in law take it). Are there any benefits to men who take it? I’ve done research on the internet, but always get a biased opinion. Are there any men here who take a collagen supplement? Have they noticed a difference? If so, what are some good recommendations.
