Staggered K2 - Magnesium - D3. Is this right or should I take them all at once.

I take these supplements about 2 hours apart from each other, every day. K2mk7 100mcg, then Magnesium Glycinate 500mg, then D3 (not sure the dose). I always take the d3 with some fatty food. Is this OK or should I take them together at the same time?
