I (male,35) Just started taking supplements this year and this is what I anded on after some on line searching. Any advice on what to add or remove would be helpful, Als, what brands that are better than what you see?
Last year was a tough year and my physical and mental health took a big hit. My energy, mood, and libido have all gotten better since I started with these. I read that some people cycle through supplements but I havenโt done much of that. I work out about 3 times a week and I have a pretty active job so energy is always helpful, I was having a hard time sleeping as well but that might have been stress related. Thank you all for any input.
