I am on 20mg of Lexapro and my doctor added 3 grams of NAC daily to try to help with my breakthrough OCD symptoms and compulsive behaviors. I have lost 70 pounds in the past year and honestly haven't been eating the most nutritious foods, I already have the Bio Vitamin Shoppe b complex that I take from time to time but I'm concerned about chelating out vital trace minerals over time. What would you recommend I add? I also have a history of iron deficiency anemia and my doc wants me to continue the iron supplements but I don't know how I should time that for best absorption in addition to my 3 grams of NAC daily(which I split up an hour before meals). I also am currently a heavy nicotine, caffeine and THC addict which I am hoping the NAC will help with. Thank you for any advice
