So I know it was olive leaf extract because I had exact same symptoms last time I incorporated it in my routine.

I love some of the benefits that olive leaf extract claims to have Anti viral, anti inflammatory and natrual anti biotic properties.

Took one pill with some food, as instructed.

Hours later violently throwing up. Reaching until I was bringing up stomach bile. Spasms and shaking. Hot and cold And then explosive diarrhoea ( sorry for that visual).

I know it was the OLE as this exactly happened last time I took it. Why did I take it again ? I wanted to try a new batch and really wanted to experience the benefits of its claims

So why does it have this reaction to me I’m so curious ! Thank you for any information that any of you might have.
