I'm 38 yo male. I was active in gym, currently off. I had a knee issue due to excessive leg training ( a screenshot of the MRI attached, now I'm much better after a 3 months course ) I only take Zinc Omega 3 Zinc during the breakfast Omega 3 after lunch. One pill daily. Collagen early in the morning on an empty stomach and don't eat anything for 1 hour after drinking it. When I get back to the gym I will start taking the ZMA Creatine Collagen ashwaganda shilajit I will get my daily protein from food. Usually I take citrulline twice a daily on an empty stomach. One time in the morning and one hour before starting the workout. I don't like to bulk when I came back, I'd prefer to shred. You rating and suggestions are welcome
