The nutrition facts on the magnesium suppliment im considering says the following..

Magnesium 200 MG/3 capsules: from 1000 Mg Threonate. from 690 mg glycinate. from 630 mg taurine.

I presume that each compound weighs differently; like different densities..

Can someone explain this or equate it to something so I can understand this better?

How does 690 mg , 630 mg and 1000 mg of magnesium equal to 200 mg of magnesium ?
