Does elements in a Multivitamin counter effect each other negatively ? (so better with individual supplements)

Post Body

I'M taking individual D3, B12, Biotin, Magnesium, Iron and Turmeric.

I used to take all of them at once or maybe half-half during the day with thinking much. But then i learned that

  1. some vitamins counter effect each other

  2. body cant absorb too much mg of supplements at the same time..

  3. some food or nutrients like caffeine affect negatively supplements intake..

It is getting so complicated :

B12 when waking up with water, nothing with breakfast because of coffee... Biotin with snack, D3 at lunch or PM snack. Iron and turmeric with evening dinner and magnesium before bed with small snack.

I'm thinking about only taking D3 and megnesium separetaly and adding a multivitamin for all my other needs. Would it be better ? Thanks !!!
