Having a mental disability is like being in a wheelchair except nobody can see the wheelchair, so they have no idea why you can't "walk" on your own.

I think it can be normal enough to feel bad for taking up a seat that could go to someone who really needs it, and think that there's no way you could be that person. You're just a kind soul :) and maybe there's a teeeeny 'tism :D
Really goes for any invisible illness or disability.

How are you with voices? For me, I have such bad eyesight that I usually hear a friend before I see them :) and I'm also not great with remembering names. Faces are ok, but it depends on how long ago I met them and how much time I spent with them.
