This is a group dedicated mainly for men (but women can post here also) to discuss weight loss, weight gain, and how it affects the pubic fat pad at the base of the penis (or vagina). For men, the fat pad deals a blow to the male ego as it conceals the total penis length, and perhaps additional girth near the base. Hopefully this group can inspire others to lose weight, and those who have had experiences with plastic surgery for the area are welcome to share their stories as well.
